Thanks to Mr. Sims the KY expungement laws were changed and my 1970s misdemeanor conviction became…read moreeligible for expungement. With Mr. Sims help my record was expunged in a very timely manner. However, the State did not do its job completely and it was discovered months later that my record was still showing up during NICS and FBI checks. Apparently someone in KY did not follow up to make sure my record was expunged even though I got the papers from KY saying my record was expunged. When I brought this to Mr. Sims' attention, he jumped right in and started the ball rolling to make sure my expungement was complete, on the local, state, and federal FBI/NICS levels. You could not ask for better service, especially for the low fee he charges. If you have a criminal record, no matter how minor, don't let it hang over your head for 50 years like I did.
