If you are looking for good care when it comes to your feminine health, unfortunately, you will…read moreprobably have to travel far to get that. If you are unable to travel and simply need a local doctor, an OB-GYN, this practice seems to be the best in the local area, and I use the word best loosely. My primary care doctor referred me to this location because I was in need of an OB-GYN. The outside looks like a small prison. I was unsure if I was at the right place until I walked through the steel double doors and saw a somewhat cozy waiting area. There were two windows, so I walked up to one and stood there for two minutes, and after being ignored by the 5 staff members, I walked to the other window. The lady at the other window asked me to sign in, then assisted me. I didn't feel any warm fuzzies from the front desk staff at all. When I was called back, the lady who assisted me was friendly and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, seeing the doctor, he listened to what I needed, conducted an exam, and a follow-up was scheduled. During my follow-up, instead of him offering me options or even explaining what my symptoms could be, he told me I needed to see a specialist closest ones are over 100 miles away and to come back after that. Needless to say, if he had no ability to help me, he should have suggested a specialist during our first visit. It was all a waste of time. I had better advice from you tube than what this doctor offered me. I just moved here from Atlanta and had no idea how few good doctors this area has. Good luck in your search.

As of the last time I've been there, this place has definitely gone down hill. As a child I loved…read morevisits to schlossberg. But when I was an adult and I had a billing problem, he showed another side I hadn't seen before. I was billed incorrectly, his office staff admitted it, his billing company admitted it. The billing company even said, "If everyone only paid what they really owed, America would go broke." I was beyond frustrated. Contacting the BBB was my last option. After I did, I received the correct bill, no calls, no complaints . I was ecstatic. A few weeks later, I went to the office for a visit and I was told by the receptionist that I had been discharged due to conflict of interest. Schlossberg was standing in the hallway behind her, not even looking my direction. Without warning and due to no fault of my own, I was out of a PCP. In my opinion, Schlossberg is rude and unprofessional; I wouldn't recommend anyone being treated here.

I'm going to need a new psychiatrist soon. Dr. Brown is a great physician, he's thoughtful and…read morethrough, and he's also leaving. I don't know why he's leaving, but I can guess, because this group is now owned by new management and its awful. They used to do the basic assessments on a laminated sheet where you did it with a dry erase marker, which worked great, and let me be honest. But now they quiz you in an open room, loudly, where you have to tell the nurse about your very private issues like depression and sexual activity with zero privacy or protection. That can't be compliant with safety policies. Not only that, navigating the current adderall xr shortage has been a literal nightmare. I've gone unmedicated for 5 days now because the office refuses to cooperate by prescribing a slightly or lower dosage than the amount that I'm on. Both higher and lower dosages are avaliable, and I've been on the same amount for years now- I'm actually past due raising my dosage because I'm very cautious with dangerous medicines. I can't just take the regular non extended release as my primary medicine because the side effects are extreme- it isn't the same, and I would have to divvy out the small pills to be taken every 2 hours or so. They keep using the excuse that Dr. Brown is out to not help me. Ok, well, I've seen a nurse practitioner the last few months, why can't he help. So, at my most busy time of year, I'm crippled, without medicine. It's literally the same as taking a cripple's cane or crutch. I've been essentially robbed of functionality because they refuse to meet me halfway and help me to get the medicine I need, regardless if it's a smaller or larger dose. I'll take a smaller dose and just be happy at this point, because I'm devastated. See how wordy and cyclical this review is? This is how a highly, cripplingly ADHD person thinks when they don't have medicine. It's not just a funny joke disease, it's real and it's ruining my life. I hope that the people causing this get to experience what I'm going through one day.
