I went through this guy Jose Toscano about a year ago for Medicare. I was having an issue with a…read morebilling issue so I called him to see if he could help me. He did initially tell me to go to SSA as it was there issue. I had gone prior to this but I took his advice and went again with the same results, them telling me it wasn't their issue. So I called him back to see who else I could talk to, he kept saying to me to call SSA and I told him I wouldn't do that because the day prior I was on hold for 1 and half hours the first time and 3 and half hours the 2nd time and was just wasting my time calling them. He then stated to me which passed menoff was and I quote, "You must be the only person with Medicare and this issue who SSA won't help" like this was my fault and I wasn't doing my part to try to rectify this. Needless to say I believe that his remark to me was very unprofessional and sarcastic. I finally received some assistance from HICAP and will be changing plans. I did ask him about HICAP and all he said was they can't help and only provide information and made it seem like would be wasting my time. We'll I am glad I went to HICAP and they assisted me and will no longer be on the plan he help get me on.

It was fine for a while, when I didn't need anything. I recently needed some help accessing my account, but the team at this office kept referring me to the national 800 number. They said they don't deal with bank accounts. I called that number, and it auto redirects you back to the agent's office. I tell them what happened, and refer me back to the 800 number. It went like this at all hours of the day. Not very helpful. Tip: Don't open a bank account with StateFarm, or cancel if you already do. The agent's office doesn't help, the national number puts up multiple barriers to getting your transaction completed, and they nickel and dime you for every transaction.
