I used to have Allstate insurance, the service wasn't too great and I felt like I was being overcharged for my 2017 Camry, so I decided to look elsewhere. I was recommended Ricardo by a friend. Once you enter his location in Downey it has a great vibe to it. They even have a tv for entertainment if you happen to be waiting for someone to help (although I did not wait at all). It has such a relaxing and comfortable feel to it, just like home! Ricardo was the agent that assisted me and he was very kind and understanding. Ricardo Diaz is the worst! My husband was referred to him and at first he was very nice and very helpful but all of a sudden he doesn't answer his phone, he doesn't reply to text like he doesn't even care. He promises a lot of good things but once he has you pay the down payment that's when he shows his true colors and until this day he still hasn't called or texted my husband back just straight lazy so you can't count on Ricardo Diaz. The only reason he has five star ratings is because he tells his customers to give him five stars and he will give them discounts on their monthly bills which is totally not being honest. With that being said just look for another broker because Ricardo will let you down just like he let down my husband. I wish I could've gave him only zero stars but it didn't let me.
