To shorten the story, this is how it went: I got the boot tried walking in the house on carpet. I have severe spinal issues and the boot really hurt my back. So, I packed it up and called them to return it. Well, they refused to take it back with no policy as to why not So, I pay $174 my insurance deductible and will not be able to afford further care in this matter. Everybody, please get in writing their return policies etc or do not purchase This was an expensive lesson for me.
