The prices are reasonable which is another bonus. It was pretty busy when I walked in but they had plenty of registers opened so there was no waiting in line when I stopped in. I was looking for the most cost effective way to manage chronic severe pain and I spoke with the pharmacist herself and she TOLD ME TO MY FACE it was the same. I took it home, it did not work. I researched the product and called a rep for the product. He specifically said, IT IS NOT THE SAME AT ALL. He even wanted to know which pharmacy it was, so he could call and let them know. I called the pharmacist back, she agreed again that she told me they were the same and when I told her they are not, she conceded to replace the one I purchased with the brand I normally use and refund the remaining of my money. The next day, I called to verify they would order in the other product and they told me they were not going to back their word and retracted the exchange and everything, It cost me $100 of money I was trying to be cost effective with. To shorten the story, this is how it went: I got the boot tried walking in the house on carpet. I have severe spinal issues and the boot really hurt my back. So, I packed it up and called them to return it. Well, they refused to take it back with no policy as to why not So, I pay $174 my insurance deductible and will not be able to afford further care in this matter. Everybody, please get in writing their return policies etc or do not purchase This was an expensive lesson for me.
