My advice due to experience with this company is avoid them. My doctor sent me to them and I got a "walking boot". To shorten the story, this is how it went: I got the boot tried walking in the house on carpet. I have severe spinal issues and the boot really hurt my back. So, I packed it up and called them to return it. Well, they refused to take it back with no policy as to why not So, I pay $174 my insurance deductible and will not be able to afford further care in this matter. This place is terrible. So unprofessional. Orders the incoorect supplies for the patient then tries to blame said patient instead of admitting fault. They dropped my 4 year old disabled son from there care with no warning. They have not charged his insurance correctlt so now i am unable to find him service elsewhere. They refuse to fix this problem. Please if you need a medical supply company. Avoid these people like the plauge. The respitory therapist they sent to my house thought it was hilarious that she didnt know how to work my sons equipment. She was a joke. read more
