Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

There were numerous oversights and a couple couple questionable ethics issues relating to her listing. Examples: The property was listed as 3 bed/1.5 bath...there was a "bedroom" in the basement, but it would be much better classified as a "bonus room." Also, a toilet in a corner can hardly be classified as an half bath (no door or sink). While anyone can see these issues from a walk through, I would not want someone listing my place in that manner. She was also unresponsive and oblivious to our scheduling of inspections and final walk-throughs (removing the key box prior to closing and not notifying anyone) causing us to reschedule a few appointments. Additionally, we're still missing a couple keys that were promised to be in our possession at closing. Alone, these gripes wouldn't be much, but combined, I lost faith in her to do her job professionally.

We have bought and sold 4 properties and these brokers are by far the best. I only regret not…read morehaving found them earlier for previous transactions. I worked with Marc to complete an off market transaction. From the first time we talked to each other, for my inquiry of how an off market sale works to when attorneys like him get involved, Marc was communicative, informative, patient, and to the point. He spent time talking and explaining things to me even when there may not be a deal. When I called again after making some progress, he remembered our previous conversation and we were able to quickly confirm next steps. He also spent substantial time conducting comp analysis with me, which I wasn't really expecting, provided referrals for services as needed, and walked me through the contract point by point per my questions. It was simply superb service. Worth every penny. I would also say that he was really watching out for our interest. In cases where we might be able to negotiate, he worked to point those out and discussed potential strategies with us. On top of that, when we ended up making decisions he may not have made himself, he quickly accepted our perspective without making a big deal of it. We were never told anything, so it's hard to know what they did. Their mortgage broker was not good. He almost didn't get the closing date and we would have been homeless for a few days. He also pulled $10K more on the down payment from our sale, than what had asked for and that has really strained our move. Jonathan helped us buy our current house and he was fantastic! He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Then when signing papers, they told me "it'd be corrected by tomorrow when it all settles". Guess what - it wasn't corrected. After following up with them to ask what happened and why they ignored my email, they said "Sorry, we goofed, but you now have to wait for the bank to send you the check. It'll be 20 business days." An error that I caught and notified them of was ignored, and now $2500 that was erroneously paid to the bank instead of us and all we get is a "sorry sucks to be you." Every real estate transaction I've been privy to has had calculation errors (can title companies not do math??), but this was a bad error, caught, and ignored. Not OK. Will be telling everyone to avoid WFG.
