I called one day about the new Retro Jordan 13's and they lied about them being in stores. I went to the store on the release date and they then informed me they didn't have them. They didn't say sorry or offer to call there Troy store so I can purchase them there. I then called Troy and they had them. I went to Troy but they were gone when I got there. I then had to search from Florida to Georgia and still wasn't successful ! I am officially through with Step-in-Style and them being unprofessional !! read more

Returned two hours later to be told despite having the shoes for two hours and being told I could return that their return policy same day/unworn or not is store credit only. I would like to say I will never shop there again but I have a gift card now that I have no choice but to spend. I would not recommend. I bought the same shoes in different color at Eagle eye for cheaper with a better overall staff experience and a more up to date realistic return policy. I hate posting poor reviews but this is a poor out of date return policy. You can buy any of these shoes at multiple places with same if not better price with a better return policy.

While passing through Dothan, I saw a billboard advertising Love 2 Run and the On Cloud shoe. Being that I'm new to both brands, it was a thought to drop in. Love 2 Run carries just Hoka and On Cloud shoes. Robert assisted us along with two other associates. The shoe selection was large and the staff definitely had great knowledge or each type. I ended up purchasing the On Cloud 5 for everyday wear. I don't live in the area but, if you're looking for a great place to find a shoe, this is it..

There was only True Religion brand clothing for men there which wasn't a problem for me since it's my favorite. The only problem was that the selection was just tiny. Only 3 types of shirts and maybe 4 different jeans. Two of which I already own. Also there was no real savings on the price. You could buy stuff much cheaper on eBay. I just hope you know your size. LOL! It still was a good experience and I may go back and purchase a shirt that caught my eye. I'm kind of impatient. But I still am only giving 3 stars due to lack of selection for men, high prices/no sales for men, and the store looked kind of bland. Nothing there to catch the eye or excite the senses.
