    Stems did an absolutely wonderful job on the flowers for my wedding. Everyone there is welcoming and they make you feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in the door. Laura had several good ideas for my flowers and made a point to make sure that they were exactly as I had envisioned. They were delivered to the event center on time and in beautiful condition. I highly recommend using their services when you need flowers.

    Update: Stems sent a beautiful bouquet (and were wonderful to work with). Original review: After $150 and a request for NO roses we received a small bouquet filled with roses and damaged flowers...lesson

    **UPDATE** After my husband and I posted our reviews on Facebook, Stems enlisted friends, family, whomever to write reviews and comment on our posts. We have hidden the comments as they are irrelevant to OUR experience we had with Stems. Stems defense coping mechanisms concerns us even more. When I went in to "preview" my bridal bouquet the first time, the store manager, Laura, was working on it when I walked in at 1:00. She asked me to come in at 11:00 then another employee, Mic, said 1:00. Either way, one would of thought everything would of been done. I was floored when I saw my bouquet, meaning I almost started crying bc it was NOTHING like my inspiration photo which I have attached along with what Laura "threw" together last minute. Laura knew I was extremely upset, but when another bride walked in, she immediately put my flowers down that she was working on, and helped this other bride!!! She was also there to preview. Laura and another coworker just sat there talking to this other bride like they were all best friends. They even asked this other bride if they could see photos of the bridesmaid dresses!! This is all while I'm standing there ready to cry over my half-a$$, thrown together, last minute bouquet!! Yes, that other bride clearly had a much larger wedding than I did and that was very evident that in Laura's shop it takes precedence over smaller budget weddings. After being upset, I went to my car where my fiancé was, told him what happened and showed him photos. He couldn't believe it. I went back in for something, I honestly can't remember what, but when I went back in the shop was talking about me!!! When they realized I walked in, they were like deer in headlights!! Laura told me to come back the next day to preview yet another bouquet. She thought maybe 1:00, then Mic said 2:00. So my fiancé and I rearranged our whole days schedule based on this "preview" at Stems! 2:00 I texted Mic asking when could we head over. Mic texted back "probably going to be around 4, we're just getting to our last wedding set up, then we will be back to the shop." 5:24 My fiancé and I are growing more and more upset because we have a ton of stuff to still do and some of it was across town but we wanted to stay close so that we can just zip on over to Stems when they called. I texted Mic again 5:39 Mic texted back "OK, bouquet is ready to be viewed and the arch swags." We went and once again disappointment set in. Mic and Laura were clearly very tired from setting up their LARGE orders and it showed. Mic just got done with one of my arch swags. I ordered 2. I wanted to scream! It was literally yellow-y hydrangeas with barely any greenery. It looked like a FUNERAL arrangement! And there was NO dimension, like none! It was literally a blob and it looked worse the farther away you got! Both Mic and Laura just kept saying how they thought it was so nice looking! Of course they would because they were exhausted and didn't want to work on any of my flowers anymore, even though these clearly should've been done before 5:30 at night! Less than 24 hours till my wedding!. I told them to add pampas grass, and some greenery. It was ridiculous that I was telling them, the professionals what to add to my arch swags! I'm in the medical field NOT floral designing! Laura kept wanting to add these burgundy flowers that looked horrible. We already had to change my color scheme once and now she's doing it again! There was not a single burgundy flower in my updated bridal bouquet! And yet Laura just kept saying how it would look nice to have burgundy in my swags. She clearly did not care what everything looked like together as a whole picture! Months ago when my fiancé and I met Laura for the first time, we showed her inspiration photos and it was known from the very first visit that I wanted a trio of floating candles with lots of greenery, red roses and Queen Anne lace. (I will attach a photo as well of my inspiration photo.) Since Laura did NOT want to deal with me anymore she stayed in the back anytime I came in and had Mic help me. So Mic and I met the day before my reception and he wrote everything down. I told him again, I wanted full greenery with the trio of candles.--I literally got rose petals on every single table, absolutely no greenery and it was reported by my colleagues that they only had 2 floating candles on their table. That's not what I paid for AND certainly not what I wanted! It was rather comical that one of the employees, Dustin, said "he thinks I am on a mission to destroy Stems!" No, I actually am not, but the sh!t show that I had to deal with, is nothing a bride should have to deal with! The inspiration photos were given to Stems months before my wedding!

    Was very excited to order flowers from here(after reading reviews and seeing the beautiful flowers online). When the day came for them to be delivered to my moms office for her birthday I had to call two(2) times to see when they would be getting delivered because it was late in the afternoon and still was no sign of them. When they finally arrived the balloon I paid $5 for was not with them. Had to call again and expected a refund but instead they dropped the balloon off an hour later. and THEN they left the receipt with my mom, leading her to then find out i paid wayyy too much for flowers. Rough delivery system but BEAUTIFUL flowers.

    Deb Walker and the crew at STEMS decorated our tree! Super positive, energetic and thoughtful people. Most beautiful tree ever!!!!

We just walked in and picked out some flowers for $30. She threw them together and we took them home. I love going to flower shops and sometimes you find those people that are willing to go the extra mile. We definitely got in and out, but we were not extremely happy about the presentation. My son looked at me and was like I know you're gonna fix the fix those right, mom? I told him you already know what I was thinking. I'm announcing I'm officially a loyal fan…read more Most of the flowers I've received throughout the years from various florists arrive looking beautiful, as expected. But after a few days, and often within a day or two, they begin to droop and fade in spite of my watering diligence. Unfortunately most florists don't know "Beginner Florist 101". Or if they do, they don't bother with this added chore: Before adding flower stems to an arrangement, the stem should be cut again, about an inch above the previous cut, while holding it under lukewarm water. This prevents a dry gap above the cut mark, so the stem will continue to absorb water and therefore last longer. If not done, the stem can't absorb water because there is a gap of air between the cut mark and the part of the plant that "drinks". When I cut flowers from my garden to add to an arrangement, I always partly fill my sink with lukewarm water and cut each stem again underwater before adding it to the water filled vase. After doing this, I often enjoy my cut garden flowers for ten days or more. You will know when your florist does this, as the subject of this review likely has done. Because most of their arrangements will look great for several days, and more often, for more than a week or more. And if you are fortunate enough to receive an arrangement filled with buds about to bloom, they might look as beautiful as mine do in the photo I'm posting five days after they arrived. They look like they're just getting started! I received them January 3rd, and today is January 7th. I'm impressed!!!

    I live outside of NE and ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend for a very special birthday…read more There was a mix up with the delivery; however, when the company realized this, they were quick to get in touch with me, were very communicative, and they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. In the end, my friend received a *stunning* bouquet and was thrilled. Another review here on Yelp mentioned they have amazing service. They certainly do. They care about their customers. It's difficult to navigate mistakes but based on the experience I had, I would not hesitate to order again. They listened to every detail of what we were interested in and then found the exact right flowers to bring it to life. They put together a vision board that helped me really clarify what I liked and helped me see how things could come together. They also brought ideas in that lined up with our vision and just took it to the next level. They were incredibly easy to work with throughout and when everything came together I was just blown away. Whatever you are looking to do, Bouquet, and specifically Sarah, will absolutely knock it out of the park. And you'll have a really good time while doing so. Would give 10 stars if I could
