We've purchased several times from Sellwood Flowers and they are one of the better floral shops in…read moretown. Their flowers are fresh and last a long time. Their service is good and they will do their best to make things right. One time there was a mix-up, my original bouquet was delivered to another customer, and I received that customer's bouquet. I came home late and called the next day to let Sellwood Flowers know. Then they sent a new bouquet the next day that was representative of the flowers purchased. It was nice that I also got to keep the original - although not my color / taste.

Theresa (T's Blooms) did all of the flowers for my wedding and I was beyond ecstatic with how…read moreeverything turned out. I saw Theresa's wide variety of arrangements on Instagram and knew she was the florist I wanted to use! She is SO talented and I appreciated her artistic flair and ability. We had a simple, backyard wedding. When she asked me what I wanted, I gave her broad impressions and a wide variety of colors and flowers of what I liked - nothing incredibly specific. Amazingly, she took all of my input, added her beautiful artistic talent and created exactly what I wanted! From my bouquet, to the arrangements framing our ceremony, to the corsages and boutonnières, everything was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend T's Blooms for any event or occasion. I know I will certainly use her in the future!

Less than 24 hours before she was set to walk the stage, the company had lost the lei in transit. Leis mean a lot to our family, and we were left panicking and scrambling! Luckily this shop was able to get us 3 BEAUTIFUL orchid leis in just a few hours. Not to mention they were so sweet and understanding! My daughter was stopped several times walking to her car with people telling her how beautiful the leis were. We will forever be grateful for this business for their generosity and care. Oh my gosh! I stumbled upon this place because an old friend, Miranda, worked at a flower shop and…read moreI would see her post her bouquets on Facebook. I reached out because I needed a bouquet for my wedding and did not know a single thing about making one. She had me come in and speak with her and the owner to give an idea of what I would like. They patiently walked me through the whole process, brought out example flowers and showed me a very rough draft, but could not guarantee they could source the exact flowers at the time of the wedding. Well, when I picked up the bouquet it was everything I could've hoped for and more. Not only were they able to source the exact flowers they had showed me and I fell in love with, but they also got me pussy willows as requested. They really took a vague vision and turned it into reality and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Every employee was so friendly and helpful. They even let me take a vase with the promise of returning it, because I stupidly forgot my own! AND they made me a complimentary tossing bouquet. Ugh! Highly recommend. What a wonderful and affordable experience.

My experience with Tommy Luke was completely unsatisfactory. I called on a Saturday, asked for a…read more"really great" $150 arrangement, and showed the representative photos on their website of the style I wanted. He assured me it would be no problem. The flowers that were delivered were extremely disappointing. They looked nothing like the pictures and were, at best, maybe a $75 arrangement. The florist never told me they had low inventory that day and couldn't make what I requested, even though he had promised he could. A few days later, they texted me for a review. I called the store to try and resolve the issue directly. A woman asked me to text a picture of the arrangement and said her manager would call me back the next day. No one called. When I followed up with a text, she was super rude, telling me not to contact her personal phone, which she was the one who gave me. I had to call the store again. I spoke to the original person who took my order, and he admitted they had been discussing it. He offered only a 20% discount and finally admitted they couldn't fulfill the order the way I wanted because of the low weekend inventory. I was extremely disappointed that I had to chase them down and that they had been discussing my complaint without bothering to call me. There was a complete failure in communication. The product was poor, the service was terrible, and I absolutely would not recommend this place.

Jade got very business like. Don't like that. You should treat everyone with the same kindness. Regardless of income level. The one we ordered was still $80.00. It was nice but not like the brochure.
