However, my purpose today was freeing a jammed mouthpiece and getting a couple dents out of my son's trumpet, nothing more. Cory provided exceptional customer service, bringing over an equally friendly tech to help build the cost estimate for me. A thorough cleaning for additional cost was offered but not insisted upon. Cory made it easy to set up an account for this and future work. I found KBI Music Shoppe to be clean, well laid out, cheery and inviting. I noticed a fair amount of novelty themed gifts for sale, like sheet-music socks and musician humor stickers, that made me smile.
