Plus, your library card allows you to access digital collections too; I have an audiobook checked out right now. The staff have always been kind and helpful and the library also hosts events and clubs for the public. I'm a regular at one of those clubs. It helped me make some friends with shared interests after I moved here. This is one of my favorite places in town.

It's also not intuitive, when you walk in, where different departments might be located. And ... there are always unhygienic members of the community lazing around in the entrance or out in front,... staring at you. In all fairness, I haven't tried the library's programming, interlibrary loan system, ebooks or other services - maybe they're spectacular. I hope they are.
