We followed up in late August and Fred did not recall us stoping by. We came to find out they were installing new carpet and they threw away all our paper work that were the originals. Needless to say we were worried about identity theft and if we would get audited we could not produce all the documents. I was having a hard time managing my own bookkeeping and was inquiring about this service. I met with Tara and she was condescending, defensive, and was gaslighting me when I started crying on the call after she went on a diatribe about the importance of bookkeeping. I also disagreed with her statement that "Bookkeeping is the backbone of your business." Unfortunately, Rose was also on the call and there wasn't any intervention. I would recommend Rose Brown only if you were just working with her and Darin, but would stay away if you are on a call with Tara.
