I'm guessing it was some kind of mailer, but I'm glad fate directed me their way. It's a pretty unassuming location, I almost drove right past it the first time. The place itself seems to be run out of the porch of someones home ( The Colvins?). Far from being awkward, however, it gives it a very homey and comforting feel. Right down to the family photos, cookies and coffee, that greet you when you walk in It was such a good experience the first time that even though it was just a simple filing this year, I used them again. Both times, my agent was Barbara Conn. She was like that wise aunt, who always gives you really good advice. She was an expert at getting the maximum refund , right down to how many loads of laundry you do per year. Little tidbits like that make it worth the effort. Since I've never done any other tax service or software program, I can't cpompare it to anything. Their fee has been in the $200 range, but that seems worth it to me based on the amount they get me back. I'm thinking that only people in this area would use Colvin, and I hope they do. It may even be worth your time for you city folk to trek out here to get the Colvin treatment.

This was in Feb and the estimated charges were ridiculous. in addition, they couldn't even schedule a date before April 15. My taxes now are simple with one W2 and I'm single and a senior. I decided to bite the bullet and try to do them myself. I was prepared to go to the IRS building the next morning as they were having a clinic. Anyway, I was tense and nervous about getting my taxes done. Well, by 7 PM Fri George had the taxes done and filed. He shows you and explains everything on the separate screen he has facing you. His pricing is great and he was so professional and generous with his time. I'll be referring others. I felt like a weight was lifted. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend George for any type of accounting or business needs.

In this day and age there's few businesses I trust. I completely trust Keystone. Bryan and Frank are honest, very competent, and extremely ethical. I use Keystone for payroll, state tax filings, sales tax in two states, personal tax, and business tax filings. I've had two other accountants before Keystone, so I have basis for comparison. Rates are competitive and they are very efficient.

This is how it should have been from Day 1. I am happy to report that they are a solid choice in financial firms and I look forward to a successful relationship.
