It takes countless phone calls to even get someone on the phone (legitimately 15 phone calls one afternoon to try and schedule a refill), the wait times have exceeded 2 hours in the waiting room (Maria has apologized personally for these waits), and if you go online to try and schedule an appointment with Maria you'll find she has no availability for over a month out which necessitates the 15 phone calls to schedule an appointment. I spoke with a receptionist about an appointment recently for 2:15pm and told her that I needed to be back home (5 mins away) for a 3:30 work call and she told me, "that won't happen". Assuming a 15-20 minute wait, a 15-20 minute appointment, and 5 minutes to check out, I'd love to know where the other 30 minutes comes from that would prevent me from back in time? Their focus has become "Cool Sculpting" and now "Cavallaro Aesthetics and Wellness" meaning the focus is now on "non-invasive fat reduction procedures". That's simply not a practice I'm interested in being a part of.

He explained things clearly, answered my questions without making me feel dismissed, and approached my care with both knowledge and compassion. Then vitals with a very nice M.A. (yay - manual blood pressure cuff and 116/82, thank you!) Dr. Frisoni was adorable (love her Italian accent!) & inquisitive- a true pleasure - so warm and she didn't rush me at all. In fact, she wanted to know about ME. We reviewed my history, of course, and the labs that I brought. She had a minor concern with my thyroid that Im having new TSH labs drawn for. I left with questions answered and a plan in tact. I had billing issues once and the front desk staff handled it so well it made a stressful time easy. Appointments are easy to get and there good and fitting you in last min. I never wait more than ten mins yet we are never rushed out the door either. Both doctors are very friendly and my boys love them both. Update: Been here for over a year now. We are well settled in and I couldn't be happier. Finding a Dr to replace your kids Dr is hard. I haven't had a single issue with this office. Not once. They're great with referrals also which is a big deal for some offices it seems. Not here. Anything THEY can do in office they gladly do. No shipping you out unless they have to which is also great.
