We have been meaning to post this review for over six months…read more Crystal at Krummrich Drones is an extremely professional and thoughtful drone services provider. We lost a horse in New Cuyama back-country. Our mare had been missing for over a week and drought/heat/wildfire conditions were worrisome. We were at the end of our rope looking for that silly, renegade mare. Crystal at Krummrich was amazing. She came out to the middle of nowhere to help us look for our mare. Literally, the middle of nowhere- with little GPS points or guidance. She was very kind and patient while helping us in our time of need/distress. Crystal from Krummrich Drones went above and beyond what we expected. She was extremely kind and patient, given our situation. Looking for our mare in the back-country is no easy task. She hides well. Hours of searching produced no leads, though we were completely satisfied that Crystal did all that could be done. We had to continue to wait and hope that our roaming mare was okay, and not possibly stolen. We were extremely grateful for Crystal's thorough search. Krummrich Drones was our eyes in the sky. What we did not know, was that Crystal from Krummrich Drones could not sleep well either. She spent hours (off the clock) going over footage again and found our elusive, naughty mare. Our mare was near to impossible to see in the footage. Thank you Crystal!!! Thank you for your giant heart! We are so grateful you went above and beyond and found our roaming girl! We highly recommend Krummrich Drones, and Crystal, for ANY kind of work you may need. They are EXTREMELY professional, and beyond that- they have HEART. Many, many thanks to Crystal from the bottom of our hearts!!!

She's quick too! I've gotten the edited images back within a week or two both times. My dad graduated top of his class at Brooks Photography Institute. He too was very impressed with the shots she took, commenting on what a talented photographer Donya is.
