Pretty cool to know you can have that mix occur. Walking to the back was the bar and it reminded me of a scene from the bars in star wars. Its beautifully designed and the seating was comfortable. The bar and the and DJ booth were very modern and they kept the brick wall original, so the new blended in with the old. The drinks were great from the bartender that night so overall, it was a terrific experience. I'm glad i finally got to come visit and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Fast forward, I still come here even after I've moved and it takes me 25 minutes on a good day to get to. My first visit, Jess made me feel at ease, I showed her what I was looking for and she gave me a great haircut at a great price. Seriously, part of the reason that I haven't found another place is a comparable price has so far, not been possible. Jess though makes up the other 90% or so. She's easy to talk to, definitely takes any feedback or thoughts and offers advice on hair. I like that she listened to wait I wanted, executed, built some trust and rapport and made a suggestion that I thought was great and I'm now growing my hair out a bit differently and it's turning out well. Super easy to make an appointment with, I'll text or DM and she manages to squeeze me in at days/times that I need. Jess keeps me coming back and I highly recommended.

I recently underwent cancer removal and facial reconstruction surgery (due to the wounds cancer removal left in my face), and it's been tough. I have massive scars running into my hairline, and my scalp is tender and sore still. I really needed a haircut and booked with Beau, my usual. In the notes, I made sure to let her know I'm recovering from facial reconstruction surgery and to please be gentle. I also let her know I was ready for a change in my hairstyle since my face has changed so much. She worked with me to find a style that looks great on me, minimized the visible scar on my scalp, and was incredibly gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. She really helped me reclaim my face and look after beating cancer and having facial reconstruction. I feel much better now with how I look, thanks to Beau. I cannot recommend her enough; she's a freaking star.
