This will mark my second complaint against MusicStore in just a few months. Just an edit because of merchant reply. I actually submitted the sworn declaration. The merchant simply does not understand distant trading laws. My bank have since investigated and charged back the amount as I showed the bank proof of Musicstore's negligence. And I can not send the items back for a refund until the last package arrives. They will not help with their mistake of the wrong address. the person in the store hung up the phone on me twice. TERRIBLE SERVICE DISHONEST . unprofessional. completely wasted my time and took my money.. they still offer no solution to the problem. package is still lost and i can not change the delivery options. and they refuse to.
