Soon after our introduction Mr.George asked me How are YOU doing? Actually emphasized YOU. His first priority was to make sure I was satisfied with my medical team and had little items at home to make my long recovery more comfortable. That level of care and concern was given to me the entire time....even calling me at the Mayo Clinic wishing me well the morning I had surgery. Not only do you receive the best qualified attorneys you get good people. My husband passed a few weeks before the other side realized settling with our demands would cost less than a trial. He drove almost 2 hours to the funeral home. There's no need to look anywhere else. You're just wasting time. One other small detail...legal words. They don't assume you know what exactly a deposition, hearing, etc. They make sure you know the entire process.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Weaver Law Firm in…read moreGainesville, GA, regarding my car accident case. Despite my persistent calls over a two-year period, they appeared apathetic and uncommitted to my case. They rationalized their alleged extra effort by referencing my frequent inquiries, yet ultimately dismissed my claim, citing the absence of outstanding bills due to my receipt of medical treatment at a clinic. However, I continue to experience severe and ongoing symptoms, including night terrors, an inability to work, and chronic pain in my left hand and knees, which now necessitate replacement surgery. Although Weaver Law Firm may claim they provided satisfactory representation and even reimbursed me for their services, I strongly disagree. Their delayed filing of my case, which they attributed to the police, raises concerns about their professionalism and dedication to their clients. A subsequent consultation with another law firm suggested that the lack of medical bills hindered my case, further highlighting my dissatisfaction with Weaver Law Firm's handling of my case. I do not feel that Weaver Law Firm in Gainesville, Georgia valued me as an injured person and client. I have been in counseling since the accident on March 22, 2022. It's been three years. The gentleman who fell asleep and caused the car accident had his lawyer, who had my case thrown out due to late filing. My lawyer said to me and my husband before my case was thrown out by not one but two judges, 'Do I look worried?' several times. I asked you to please think twice before hiring the Weaver Law Firm for any case like mine. If Weaver Law Firm responses to my review. I don't care what they have to say to save face with me. They know what they could have done but didn't do for my case. There needs to be a zero star review for The WeaverLawFirminGainesville Georgia.

Going through a divorce was already one of the most emotionally overwhelming experiences of my…read morelife, and unfortunately working with this attorney made it significantly worse. During one of the hardest periods of my life, I constantly felt unheard, dismissed, intimidated, and spoken down to instead of supported and advocated for. I hired this attorney hoping to feel protected, guided, and represented, but instead I often felt pressured and emotionally drained throughout the process. The communication frequently came across as aggressive, condescending, and at times outright bullying rather than professional or compassionate. Instead of feeling like my attorney was fighting for me, I often felt like I had to defend myself to my own attorney while already dealing with the stress of a divorce. After I voiced concerns regarding billing and the direction of my case, the firm withdrew from representing me before my divorce was finalized, leaving me to go to court alone without legal representation after I had trusted them to handle one of the most important situations of my life. Being left high and dry like that was devastating and incredibly overwhelming. What makes this even more upsetting is that despite withdrawing from my case, there is still a lien on my property for $2,364.08, and on May 22, 2026, I discovered an additional $2,500 had been withdrawn from my bank account without my authorization. After already feeling abandoned as a client, waking up to another unauthorized charge was honestly shocking and infuriating. No client going through a divorce should feel bullied, unsupported, financially pressured, or abandoned by the very person they hired to advocate for them. This experience added an incredible amount of anxiety and emotional distress to an already painful chapter of my life. I would never recommend this firm to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and supportive representation.

I normally cringe when reading negative reviews that stress over and over again how horrific the…read moreexperience was. No matter whether it be a person, business, product, or what have you. It usually seems more of a personal attack rather than a valid review. That, however, is definitely not the case with Dale Perry! I say that in hopes that I can save others their time, and money when searching for an attorney. The few reviews that you will find on this man are absolutely fact, and you will fare well to take heed to them all!!! On January 20, 2023 the man I was seeing took me to his office where he paid $3,000 in full upfront for my divorce. I am submitting this review on October 2, 2023. To help you to better understand the lackluster at best service you will likely receive here let me better explain the case at hand.... This is a simple matter of a no contest divorce for the sole reason of abandonment. We share no children, bank accounts, assets, nothing! Generally, Divorce by publication would be the best, most effective, and far far cheaper option. However, it is also more time consuming, and because it was sinful to even be dating he choose to hire an attorney for the sake of getting things taken care of, and finalized in a shorter time frame. Some ten months later, and not only am I still not able to reach Mr.Perry, but I also do not have a divorce certificate in hand! Had I have simply went to the local clerk of court, requested approval from the judge for divorce by publication, ran it in the local paper for the required time, I would have long had that! And it would have costed me less than $100 at the absolute most. After attempting to contact Mr.Perry via calling his office, email, or text messaging which he seems to prefer all throughout 2023.. One of the FEW times when I actually heard back from him was to say that he had located my estranged husband in Rutherford County TN and had forwarded everything to the sheriff there to have him served. There were then several months more of me trying to contact him for a case update. He apparently isn't able to reach the sheriff which for clarity, I have now done myself multiple times. Once for information, the other times for clarification since I couldn't get that from Mr.Perry. It was actually the sheriff in TN who was finally able to provide me with the information... It seems that the address they were given (footnote: this is the first address that pops up when you Google his name. NOT those people finder websites that you pay for! The free result that pops up in search results) There was one attempt made by them as per protocol, and no one answered the door. Finally getting an answer on Mr.Perry's cell phone in July he explained that the only choice left... you guessed it!!! ... Divorce by publication. I was at a loss of words! He had sent what was needed to the clerk of court where I live, and taken care of posting it in our local news paper. TEN MONTHS AFTER PAYING THIS MAN $3,000 AND HE HAS YET TO LIFT A FINGER TO DO A SINGLE THING!!! Please folks, if your time, or your money are not a concern for you, I can assure you that your sanity is!!! I do not suffer from any mental health issues. I will go out on a limb to say that if I were to this would have absolutely been a far more horrific experience than what it has been. Dale Perry is a sham, a cheat, a liar, and in my opinion, a thief!!! Steer clear of him!

I don't think there are enough words available to adequately convey how we feel. If you're looking for an attentive team who is honest (yes! an honest lawyer!), hardworking, fair, and genuinely cares about you as a client, look no further... you've found your gal. My now-husband used her for his divorce and she was amazing then, fighting hard and getting him most of what he asked for and a fair deal all around in an otherwise unfriendly court situation. The divorce aftermath did not go well and he soon found himself fighting for his children's best interests again. Natalie's knowledge, expertise, good humor and long term game plan ended with him gaining almost complete custody of the children, and all decision making... something almost unheard of for lots of deserving dads in Georgia. Look at her legal page's Facebook posts... she knocks home runs all the way out of the park for good dads and moms on a regular basis. We do not consider Natalie just our lawyer. She is truly our friend and had such a vested interest in getting the best result for the kids. We are so lucky to have found her and we hope she can help you in the same way she helped us. Do not hesitate to give her a shot.

BEWARE: Horrible experience with David McLeod and I would…read morehighly recommend finding a different attorney. McLeod was not a good negotiator on my behalf. He refused to follow directions and became irate when he didn't get his way. He was late with billing and allowed it to pile up over months, so it was difficult to sort through and understand. Even after getting paid tens of thousands of dollars on time, he demanded an outrageously high retainer and threatened to quit if I didn't make a payment within HOURS - even though I had always paid him in a timely fashion after being invoiced. I believe McLeod exerted this despicable duress tactic to extort a high retainer payment just before trial because he assumed I had no choice but to pay him. He seemed determined to run me through an expensive trial instead of easily completing the small remainder of the case through mediation as I repeatedly requested. McLeod quit on my case just days before the trial because I asked to give phone mediation just one more day before fully committing to trial and he refused. I felt McLeod was very unprofessional and cold. I felt he wasn't on my side and didn't care about me. It seemed he just wanted to get paid as much as he could as fast as he could. Fortunately, I found another attorney on the short notice who won my case and at a fraction of the cost. The last thing you need to happen to you while going through an already stressful case is for your attorney to not respect your wishes, shake you down for money, and/or quit on you just before a trial. Then a month later, McLeod sued me for services I told him not to perform yet. I suggest you find someone else more trustworthy, dependable, understanding, compassionate, and respectful towards their clients.

Mr. Millikan promised me that he would have it reduced so that I would not have ANY points for this on my driving record. Let me emphasize NO points on my record. The day before my court date I called to make sure that everything was a go since I had not heard from him. He didn't even remember my case. The next day I called to see how everything went and his secretary tells me that he was only able to get 1 out of the 3 points off my driving record. And then proceeds to tell me that in order for me to not receive any points at all is unheard of. Mind you for as long as Mr. Millikan has been practicing law you would think that he would know this information as well before giving me false hope. Mr. Millikan then tells me "well at least you didn't have to come to court", and that he didn't know how much over the speed limit I was going when he gave me that false hope. I guess he forgot that I told him this information during our initial consultation as it was the most important part. AND emailed him a copy of my ticket.SMH. So Hundreds of dollars later when I could have just paid the ticket without going to court in the first place AND kept my money I got 1 point removed and I still have to pay the total cost of the ticket. Please don't waste you time if it's for a small speeding ticket.
