Seems to me the cleaners are on autopilot and don't pay attention to actual spots that need attention. Upon the cleaner's return to address the dirty rug (#1 above) and the sofa, he cleaned the sofa stain in all of one minute. Why didn't he clean it the first time? That's beyond me. Anyway, I am not impressed with the cleaning system, and much less with the service and client satisfaction.

Additionally, the owner was extremely, friendly, helpful, and flexible with his time. He seems very honest and interested in doing a great job, not just making a buck. He and his tech were both very patient with my naughty dog who kept barking and getting in their way when they were trying to work.
