I called them back to clean one area that wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction, but the cleaner said it would make no difference and essentially refused. 2- i realized after the cleaner left the first time that he didn't clean a fresh stain on the sofa, yet he never mentioned anything about the stain. Seems to me the cleaners are on autopilot and don't pay attention to actual spots that need attention. Upon the cleaner's return to address the dirty rug (#1 above) and the sofa, he cleaned the sofa stain in all of one minute. Why didn't he clean it the first time? That's beyond me. Anyway, I am not impressed with the cleaning system, and much less with the service and client satisfaction.

D'Arcy's response was prompt, but his quote was also the most reasonable I had seen thus far. I was cautious, wondering if this would be a "you get what you pay for" situation. Instead, what I received was swift responses to my questions, an available appointment on the day I needed it, punctual arrival, and an EXCEPTIONAL job done! And there was no up-charge when all said and done, as is common when you are given an online quote. We paid what he quoted, the quality of the work was amazing and D'Arcy was most pleasant and professional! He's got a repeat client in us and I would refer him to anyone, hands down.
