It wasn't getting cleaned well, it was constantly sticky. NOT what you want to see when you walk into a restaurant! We did such a good job cleaning and I've always taken pride in our work, but I was ashamed and embarrassed about our floor. Then I gave Mr. Naylor a call when I searched for a new cleaning company.
