The service department said we only work on portable generators when we have the time and get around to them. Uhmm not what you told us when we called and then dropped off our generator. At the time we also asked for a quote for a panel hook up and they never got back to us. Absolutely terrible customer support. I would not do business with them. Avoid Gentech if service and customer support is important to you.

When we called asking them what happened - they indicated they are just paper pushers and not a real service provider. No reimbursements can make up the lost time.

'Sage' - is the name applied to their newest, and latest magazine-like publication. Like others preceding it, it offers an opportunity to stay on top of what's happening. The articles presented within each issue providing interesting and helpful reading to retirees on a wide-range of topics related to 'seniors, and retirement life'. Plus, there's always "what's happening" information re: Branch activities across Canada, member obituaries, and related topics. Along with information from a number of "Preferred Partners" - who offer travel, financial, health, home & auto, and technology information, and preferred rates to members seeking their products.
