It stayed with me for a few hours. The cheddar (switched from provolone), bacon and onions on the burger worked well together. I ended up wishing the cheddar was stronger and the arugula was non-existent. The highlight of it was the truffle sauce which blended with everything including the boiled potatoes and my wife's fries. Her sweet and a bit spicy Iberian pork was juicy, but the fries were a disappointment. They had too much crust and were a bit over done.
