Getting permits in order was navigated swiftly, patiently, and with good humor (La Crosse was still figuring out the required permitting for ADUs). Communication was outstanding. When construction started, the various components of foundation work, plumbing, electrical work, and building contruction were woven together seamlessly. Construction - from the foundation, to finishing the inside with our requested lighting, appliances, & plumbing fixtures, was beyond impressive. Obviously we said no. Our attorney has been in touch but I'm guessing this will be a long drawn out issue. He has yet to do the right thing once in this process. I don't see him doing it now. I'm sure he's spent the money or is using it for some other project he's currently on. Nothing has changed, Anthony and his business are Complete Scammers! Run the other direction.
