I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer. On top of that, we were each assigned opposite-gender therapists, which felt inappropriate and made both of us uncomfortable. During my massage, the therapist kept walking in and out of the room, leaving the door open several times, which made me feel exposed and uneasy. At the end, she made an inappropriate comment about me being "a very strong man" in front of my girlfriend and her husband, which was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, after my girlfriend left a tip, they told her she should leave a larger one. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful. We stood there awkwardly while they spoke in another language and ignored us until we asked if we could leave. My girlfriend worked hard to surprise me for my birthday, and it's disappointing that this special occasion turned into such an unpleasant experience. We will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism or respect.
