Within a day the owner contacted me and sent me a mock-up . I paid the invoice, which was very reasonable and within a couple of hours I was contacted that the work was ready. I went to pick it and didn't realize how close to work the business was. The patch work was perfect! The business owner went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. It is a small business and veteran owned and very customer oriented. He was able to complete the work we anted when other businesses said it was too complex. The owner has a very thorough understanding of his trade and his pricing beats all others, very reasonable.

Go figure!‍ Anyhoo...this place is pretty vast. They have row upon row of T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc, for all ages and sizes. The prices differ as well, depending on make and style, and they have many styles. The vinyl selection is much, much smaller. They seem to carry more individual sheets, instead of rolls. The prices are based on the type and amount purchased (for example: glitter, reflective.) The young man at the cashier was very helpful and amenable. Since I wasn't well versed in the types of vinyl, I had a few questions, and he was happy to answer and clarify. He was genuinely interested on what I thought of the place. Al in all, I didn't get a lot of bang for my money because,y'all, vinyl is expensive! But, it did seem more affordable than other stores, since it can be purchased by sheet.
