I love Stay Focused! They truly stay focused on every detail for all of the services they provide. They greet you with a welcome and friendly greeting. I feel like I'm the most important person that they will help. No question is a dumb question. They have all of the modern state of the art equipment. The staff are all amazing, from walking in the door through and including any ordering contacts, helping with eye glass frames, to what will suit and work best for you with the lenses. The service is outstanding including when you can expect your glasses, contacts or other things to come in. They immediately get you back and begin the eye exams. I love how they treat the veterans! My husband is a vet and currently doesn't see this practice as he goes through the VA. Don't get me wrong, the VA has their strengths. But I am going to have my husband come and start seeing Dr. Rittenhouse. He's thorough, he listened to what I was experiencing and took excellent care of my eye sight. Highly recommended. the eye exam started promptly, equipment was clean and the doctor and assistants were super patient and explained the exam in laymen terms for me. When it was time to chose my glasses, I was told from the beginning how much my insurance would pay, and was educated on additional free and not-free options. prices were displayed in the display glasses (no guess work), and I was encouraged to take my time and ask for honest feedback on how that looked - that was awesome! I have been bringing my daughter here since 2018 and have never been disappointed. They stopped accepting her insurance a while back, but we continue to come because she just loves Dr. Rittenhouse. He is very patient and calm with her and she looks forward to her appointments. He answers any questions and helps you understand what is going on. On vacation here in Brunswick. Brought wrong contacts. Tried Walmart and America's Best with no luck. Gave up and was getting by with blurry vision when I happened to see Stay Focused Eyecare while on an excursion. Stopped in on a huge chance they would have my contacts. Amazing service! Great staff! Fast! Accepted our insurance! We were on vacation in Georgia from Ohio and my son lost his glasses in the ocean. I was only there for an exam and did not get glasses. I had the first appointment of the day so didn't have to wait very long. The exam was thorough but didn't take very long. Dr. Rittenhouse hit all the items I was concerned with and made sure I didn't have further questions. Having the option to not have my eyes dilated is a big plus. Well worth the $35. Very fast and efficient! The doctor was very knowledgeable! The attendant that helped me with my fittings was very good at helping me choose. She showed me frames within my budget, and also went and pulled some that were not displayed. She also made sure I didn't look silly with my choice.
