I was really needed help because I have a wide face and I had my young son in the baby carrier. The assistant brushed me off and acted like I was a second class citizen. Then he suggested that I come back because he was busy. He was busy... I never came back. I will and will continue to pay out of pocket to Walmart before I ever come back there again. Never again. Side note: when I was waiting for an assistant, I spoke with a family of three young daughters who needed glasses. They were trying to figure out how to pay 850 for their three kids. The mother went online and found the prescription glasses for a third of the cost and left the building.

The only challenge for me was that the fragrance in the office was quite strong, which made it difficult for me to stay comfortably. I told them about it and they acted like it was my problem. They had the optician check my eyes and she confirmed her previous prescription, which is wrong. After several attempts to get them to change my prescription to one that actually is comfortable for me to wear, and every time them telling me that there's nothing wrong with my glasses, I gave up and had glasses made somewhere else with my old prescription. I'll NEVER have eye exams here again. I'll go somewhere that will believe me when I say my prescription is wrong and will actually fix the issue. It's a dang shame, as the people are so nice otherwise.

Again, he felt that Dr. Trefts did a thorough eye exam and listened to all of his concerns. My husband ordered glasses and unfortunately had an issue with them.
