If I could give these idiots a zero star rating I would... should've done research beforehand, so…read morethis is really on me, lesson learned. they changed the front shocks in my 2004 merc E320, then told me they couldn't do the alignement because their machine was broken. (Information that could've been useful before they did the work. but ok). Anyways, driving home on the autobahn after the work was completed and I hear something rubbing underneath the car. They'd forgot to screw the transmission shield back in place and it eventually fell off. Went back to ask them what happened, they say, "Oops, we forgot". ok, no biggie I thought... later on, getting the front alignment done at another shop in the German economy, they tell me the front right shock hadn't even been secured in place and was loose on the wheel. Long story short, do not under any circumstances go to this place to have your car fixed; they will jack it up. If you're worried about the language barrier, there are plenty of German mechanics who speak good English and who will do honest work for you.
BLUF: horrendous place; don't bother.
