And has a lot of washers and dryers which is a plus. Very clean and spacious. There's limited parking in front of the store however dont fret. There's more parking in the back. In and out of there in less than 2 hrs. What more can one ask for. OH and free drying service when you wash your laundry here! Hopefully my new machines come in this week. But if not I'll be coming here again.

Their machines won't work,…read more employees are not helpful at all, owners not here, the machine that I got, had no sign on it stating that this machine is broken, so i start using, washer is not able to use mix the soap with the load, I put in 18 quarters and then notice the problem, went to the employee and told her about the problem ,she didn't care, I asked for 18 quarters so I can use another machine. She still doesn't care, kept on saying come back tomorrow early in the morning at 7 am to meet the owner and tell him the problem. I told her I am not gonna come back tomorrow for $4.50 early in the morning ( I am not worried about $4.50 , I just want to wash my clothes). But no response. No care. Never come here. Don't use this laundromat. People have busy lives and tons of issues to take care of. Washing clothes shouldn't be such a hassel. Now I have to to go somewhere else with wet clothes.

There Wednesday & Thursdays. $27.00. Receipt says after 5 pickup .1 week later 4:15 PM pants shortened but not pressed. 3 days later I get them while picking up my other dry cleaned items and find they're pressed incorrectly. I ask simply to repress them. Owner gives every argumentative reply including I'd have to pay for pressing. ( I'd not asked for them to be pressed they had done it inclusive) she tells me they are not dress pants so can't have a seem in middle. She'd asked me to come back Wednesday. Also says something was wrong with the pants when I brought them in. (NOT) She takes in back irons out current seam gives them back to me. I am now dismissed. Guess I have to press them myself. I told my friend to go and ask for the keys and she handled them to her without telling her anything. I felt type of way, maybe because I'm Hispanic she was treating me like that. Mind you I think she's Colombian.

Clean, many machines to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful to say the least! I had no idea that you needed to buy a card there to use the machine--I was trying to use my regular credit card until the girl working there asked if I needed help. She was so friendly and helped me get a card and start the machine. Many seats and a TV that you can sit and watch while waiting. The staff constantly walked around, sweeping and bringing the carts back to one area. I love that they have a laundry drop-off/pick-up service. Now that I can see how clean this place really is, I may utilize this service in the future!

The staff (Maria & Raquel) are SO helpful. While I have a washer & dryer at home, they cannot handle our comforters, sheets, etc. so I drop them off here. Prices are fair. They're always ready within 24 hours. You get a CC receipt and that's what allows you to pickup your laundry. There are TVs and music, along with drinks and snacks, in the event you want to hang out and do your laundry.

This is not the first time she was rude. It turns out the door to the washer doesn't close properly because of latch which she had to show me. She gave me a "duh" hand motion after she closed the washing machine door.. I politely suggested using a note on the machine explaining how to properly close door and all I got was an eye roll and she walked away. Great location there but wont be going back, there's plenty other laundry mats in the area.
