Who doesn't love drop off services? Well your girl stopped being cheap and finally jumped back on…read morethe bandwagon. Since moving to Queens, I haven't found a laundromat that I felt comfortable partaking in drop off services. Moreover, the pricing always felt ridiculous but you can't pay for time. Items/cost: So, I dropped off my 75lb laundry yesterday at 10:30am and my clothes were ready last night. It cost me $94.50 CASH ONLY for wash + fold and one blanket ($12). That's roughly 0.90/lb. Cons?: Nothing so far however I did want all of my clothes air dried. I dislike when my clothes shrink and the lady talked me into choosing delicate cycle but I can't blame her. 75lbs on air dry would take forever, so i'm not mad, at all. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for laundry assistance, check them out. They're open 7 days a week, 6am-9pm.

All the machines were new and clean. Store counters and carts were also clean. Also they have complimentary coffee in the back. What a nice touch. My only complaint would be that they need a water mat for when it's raining outside. My wife slipped right after taking two steps into the store since it had been pouring outside and the front entranceway was wet. She could've hurt herself but the only thing she got was a bruise and some embarrassment falling in front of others.

And it's been a while since I went to a laundromat. Used to be, you could use single bills or coins. They've got an ATM in there. But now, you need a card that can only be filled in $2 increments, with random amounts for a wash and dry, so it's impossible to use the actual value on the card. The card swipes are hit or miss. Think "NYC Metrocard".

Busier. But definitely clean and that's most appreciated. Free dryers keep me coming back too. Nice long tables for folding. They open at 7am on time too. Previous owners were late. We'd leave to another laundromat around the corner (so to speak) on Gardiners ave. Decent spot.

Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. Splurge the extra $1.50 for the appropriate sized machine. The attendants are very kind here and knowledgeable. I've been coming for 2 years now.

However, I used their services several weeks ago and I am missing 6 pairs of my pj's. 2 pairs are beautiful satin pj's which were very expensive and the other 4 pj's although not satin are of excellent quality and were pricey as well. I have called several times and every time I called, I've reached someone who doesn't speak ANY ENGLISH and is beyond unable to communicate with English speaking costumers. Also, I was unable to use the app and unable to use their website (no fault of my own. They are having problems with both) so as a result I had to verbally give out my credit card information! Never will I do this again because ever since this situation, I've been dealing with fraudulent charges and my card had to be blocked by my banking institution!!!!!! In the future I will stop being lazy and just use my own washer and dryer! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

We went back today with 2 rugs that were too big for my laundry machines at home. They ended up burning my $400 Ruggables rug and then tried to gaslight me. When dropping off the rug , we simply asked what time they would be closing and they said come back at 5 to pick up the stuff. When we went to go pick the rugs up, they told us that we rushed them and so they dried it on high and it was burnt. At first all he would say is he feels bad. I told him I felt pretty bad too seeing as I just bought the rug end of November and it's only February. I asked that he replace the rug and the man told me that it doesn't need to be replaced, It just goes on the floor and gets walked on. I again reminded him that it's essentially a brand new rug and asked for some sort of credit for laundry services and he said the most he could do for me is not charge me for either rug today. I would not be leaving this review if he would have at least met me halfway. Needless to say, we will be finding another laundromat.
