I found a couple items I might have tried on but I don't want to spend money where I'm ignored. So we walked out and my daughter said "Thank you" and the girl finally spoke to say bye. This was Tuesday at 12:15. We went down to Southern Tide and were immediately greeted. We ended up getting my husband a shirt and the sales lady was friendly, not pushy. Tuni, your salespersons lack of service lost you business.

After trying a dress on, and looking at the dress in the mirror, the English lady running the store approached me and rudely dismissed me, outright saying the dress I was looking at "wasn't for me" and it "wasn't appropriate to try on the dress" when her associate literally opened the dressing room for me. Her tone was condescending, her attitude unprofessionally petty, and frankly, it felt like she went out of her way to be aggressively rude. Honestly, she did me a favor because the quality of the dress was garbage anyway--cheap fabric, poor stitching, and nowhere near worth the price she was charging. If she spent half as much time improving her merchandise as she does belittling potential customers, maybe she'd have a business worth supporting. Save yourself the insult and the waste of money--shop anywhere else.

From the prices I saw on everything, even nice name-brand pieces didn't seem to be priced too badly. One thing I would note is that if you hope to sell clothes at Dechoes (as they buy in addition to selling), that you'll have to make an appointment up to about two weeks in advance online. I didn't know when I walked in but definitely will be looking into selling my old styles in the future.

It's not easy to find quality shoes in a size 4 for a woman! They actually had a good selection of shoes at a very affordable price in my size! I came here looking for a pair of black dress flats. I found a pair for under $15, and they look great! Victory! The service was ok. It's mostly walk the aisles and pick what you want. There was only one worker at the time, an older lady that ran the cash register. She was nice, didn't talk much, but got us out quickly. Pleasant experience!

I used to shop at small stores for these brands and pay full price for the same shoe! I love it here. Lots of selections, lots of shoes on 50% sale. Just bought a pair of black ankle boots that I purchased at $25. Really comfortable, pleather looks good, feels good. I'm very satisfied! I have been looking for this style for awhile and I would never pay over $25 for it. I lucked out and got the last pair in my size.
