I arrived just as they opened, so they were able to process my entire (small) bin in less than 10 minutes and made what I feel was fair offer for a resale store for the items they wanted. Because it was my first time selling, I asked them to tell me why they didn't take some things so I'd better understand next time. They were very helpful and gave me a style guide explaining exactly what they're looking for at this time. All of the employees were polite and helpful and it was a pleasant experience. The store is definitely geared towards junior/teen styles, and they have specific brands they want to buy. I didn't browse long (since my teenager wasn't with me and they finished my stuff so quickly), but that would be where they might could improve. The place is packed with stuff - like so much I couldn't really love clothes on the rack. They were also having a clearance sale and clearance items were in bins with no apparent size/style/gender divisions which, for me, is far too overwhelming to shop through. Everything was neatly folded, but I imagine it will be a huge mess once people actually start shopping in those bins.

The store was stocked with lots of options and Jackie really knew the inventory. They also have a website / online purchasing option. She was also rude to the graduate and was butting in her and her brother's conversation. She acted like she got shot when I gave her a shirt and she told me to give it without the hanger, it wasn't even mine, it was the graduate's. I used to buy clothing for the film industry, and this is one of the places I would check out. If you're in the Kennesaw area this store across from Town center mall and it's amazing. Some of my favorite fines have been vintage coach purses in perfect condition, suede jackets, vintage lingerie, vintage concert T-shirts, designer shoes, a Versace dress, vintage Ralph Lauren items, belts (I think I am addicted to belts), and lots of great Anthropologie pieces.
