I needed to repair a small asphalt commercial parking lot. I obtained four bids in order to educate myself on the various ways to solve the problem. Hollingsworth Paving's representative saw more that needed to be repaired than the others, and suggested using a higher quality product on the cracks. He also wanted to fill cracks that others simply suggested sealing over. I was thinking of using them before I received the results of the bid, because they seemed more professional and diligent in coming up with a solution that would give me a high quality result. They also seemed very confident about what they could deliver. Therefore, I expected they would be more expensive, but I had reconciled myself to spending more for a better result. I was then delighted to find that their bid was totally in line with the others. They did the job quickly and mostly on the week-end to minimize the inconvenience to the business, and the result was very good. I highly recommend them.

Eric ( the owner) is not an honest person and will not stand behind his work. He does not have the proper equipment and despite giving him numerous opportunities to fix faulty work and live up to the warranty he signed, he still has not fixed the problems and no longer returns calls or texts. There are so many more things I could say with texts he sent and pictures of his work. Hope this helps someone else make a good decision and go with a Quality company.... Not this one! This work was done a few weeks ago and in less than a week, his work needs to be redone.

Pick Another Company!…read more The owner, Serbin, is a nice guy. On the front, it feels you're in good hand, but as the job is completed, the level of mistakes is just careless. 1. The concrete isn't level. 2. The design requested was not achieved. They took short cuts. 3. They miss details. Missing places that needed lines. The lines placed were uneven. 4. Adjustment were made because they didn't get enough concrete. 5. The finished job was awfully hazy. It took too much work to get the owner to rectify. The owner said this is the result of a cheap job. The kicker is that I never asked for a discount. He was the most economical of 3 quotes. A few weeks later when working in flower bed, they poured the concrete over metal border. I asked the owner if he had a metal cutter after sending a pic. No response.

We have had to pay tons (more than it cost to have them pour the concrete) to fix their screw up. Every PROFESSIONAL flooring team that has come out to help with trying to fix the problem, has mentioned how big of a screw up it was and that a PROFESSIONAL company should have known better. Even worse is how Casco himself handled it. We called him to come out and look at it and he agreed to come back and fix it. Since he agreed, we have been calling him nonstop and he will not return our calls. The last text we received from him was him claiming to be out of the country. I am not big on posting reviews, but felt we could help others steer clear of this company. It will save you more to just pay a more reputable company to do the work for you. We have reported this company to the BBB and will be taking them to small claims court, but in the interim, wanted to prevent something like this from happening to someone else. Just FYI, we don't believe he is in Mexico and other contractors have said that is what happens when faced with trouble. So be mindful of that when choosing this company.
