Again, they nail it with the broad variety of vendors. They had some new vendors and the regular ones. The produce vendors had fresh veggies, just not much fruit this time of year (December). There were root vegetables, mushrooms, and leafy greens. There were vendors with ready to eat food options or they cooked food on the spot for you to enjoy during the market. The atmosphere was busy during the holiday season, but it didn't feel claustrophobic in there. It was great to do some holiday shopping too as there were giftable goods being sold by local businesses.

Due to construction that's why it's moved to the circle. I noticed today they've added more food trucks which they did need. They definitely could add more. You have lots of visitors and people who work downtown who attend lots of functions that happen on the circle. Flying Dirt Farm, Hunter's Honey Farm, Chez Pauline are ones I always stop at. They have vegetables, flowers, soaps, and more. It seems like when it first started in May it wasn't as busy. Now, you can tell it's picked up. Good for the vendors! It's such a natural and great way to bring new faces into the space and celebrate local makers. The farmers market is a great family activity and often features live music, storytelling and other charming activities. We often end up grabbing brunch from Llama Delicatessen and Tinker Coffee. As for market vendors, you'll find everything from pasta and local cheese to winter produce, honey and dried flowers. It's a great assortment of food you can actually take home to make meals (and not just sauces and soaps ;). This is one of our favorite ways to spend Saturday mornings in the winter. There's a lot to offer - Filipino food, vegetables, fruits, spices, handmade crafts, baked goods, candles, sandwiches, etc. The food stalls are also open so you have a ton of awesome options for food while you are there!

Presented by Alternative Gift Fair inside the Historic Irving Theater, this was a place to escape the rain and mill around around 30 vendors booths. There were knick knacks, jewelry, ceramics, wall hangings, artist created greeting cards, and some treats for your pets. There were some clothing booths, but not too many.
