French fries

I ordered the grilled cheese with Italian bread, and a large french fries with ranch on the side. The Italian bread on the grilled cheese had a good flavor but the cheese was very thin and made with processed cheese. The bread to "cheese" ratio made the sandwich super dry and unsatisfying. My french fries were placed in a paper bag without a takeout container, making it a solid lump of greasy soggy mess. The amount of fries and how it was served made it inedible and was ridiculously wasteful for the restaurant and the customer. One takeout container of fries would've solved that problem. And finally, the 2 ranches I ordered were missing from the order. It's not likely I will be back or recommend this place to anyone. Sorry, but this was a very simple order and it takes an incredible lack of care to screw it up.

i ordered a farmer's omelette and it was absolutely terrible. It was made with no cheese and undercooked hash browns. I patronized this lactation a couple weeks before and cancelled the order, because I waited over an hour and the food was still not prepared. I will never go to this location again. Terrible food and service.

Spaghetti and meatballs. Half order.

We stopped in and had dinner. I didn't see anything walking past us that didn't look tasty. Great folks working there too!

Dad recommended a late breakfast/early lunch here for our first day visiting michigan. He used to eat here while growing up in the 70s. I can see why. Atmosphere is very vintage, and food is absolutely amazing. Was very much worth the understandable wait time for our meal. They have great service and a great cook. Every bit of our meal was delicious.

Call it nostalgia, solid choices (for breakfast at least), or overall good value, but whenever I am back in town, my father and I make a point to stop by for breakfast. What other restaurant can you still get a coffee for around $1 or 3 eggs and toast for $3? The cook will even poach the eggs! Overall, the place has the food you would expect for the price. If you want something fancier, there are plenty of other restaurants to go to, but if you're looking for a great value, superb service, and dependable food, I'd recommend this place to start your day.

Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce

Traditional, Diner-style, Comfort-food at its finest! Great fried jumbo shrimp and fries! Mozzarella sticks (and marinara) oozed gooey-deliciousness! A trip down memory lane and worth the drive! Reasonable prices, large portions, no frills! If you want to better understand what makes Saginaw tick, eat here!

Service is terrible. If you are by yourself. Don't expect to be waited on promptly. They may even skip you to wait on a larger group.

The mimosa were delicious and the perfect mixture of champagne and juice. The service was top notch. Our waitress made sure to check on us multiple times during our meal. The live music was a very nice touch. The owner Lonnie was the sweetest. Being from California it's nice to meet someone else who is from California. Now the only reason why they got a 3 is because they messed up our order so bad. They were putting…read morethings not right on the slider mixing them up and even not putting sauce on them at all. I don't think any of the 6 sliders we got were actually right. We also got the totchos, they didn't have queso is was nacho cheese. My main thing is if u have a menu that states everything on each thing: EVERYTHING should be what's on there!!! If things were correct I think the food would have been good. My favorite 2 out of the 6 was 1.The Jerk(added tomato and lettuce, not on menu) but was amazing. 2. Bonzai (the only one made correctly, I think). The bacon I don't think was bacon, in picture. The hummus wasn't hummus. The seasonal drink I had was called the Snow Bird it was soooo yummy!! I would go here again but only would get specific things. Good atmosphere and bartender/waiter was really good. 6 sliders: Bonzai, The dude abides, The jerk, Drunkin' chickin', Bow chicks wow wow, Walk of shame.

Each slider is individually and competitively priced depending on the ingredients. Our appetizer was the tater tot poutine. It was very good even though it was a small portion was a little short on the gravy. For our entrees my brother and I enjoyed 7 total sliders, with variations from bonsai, the jerk and the drunkin chicken. All of them were very good to excellent. I would like to see them tagged or identified when they are served you know which one you liked the best for next time. For dessert we enjoyed the "Bitties" which are just old slider buns that are cut up, deep fried and covered with some cinnamon and powdered sugar then served with icing. They were very light and refreshing. Our server also provided us with 2 complimentary deep fried Oreos that they were contemplating adding to the menu. Excellent. Low/high top, patio and bar seating in a old town pub atmosphere. Full bar with custom drinks and craft beer. Excellent service from Bailey. Limited street parking. I would definitely return.

It's sooo nice to be able to go have a couple drinks and then wander back to your room..not having to worry about driving or anything. Love it. This place was alright. We went down in the early evening hours on a Saturday. It was pretty dead. They were supposed to have live music later on in the evening and we were really hoping that more people would show up for that. It'd be really sad if they didn't. We didn't eat here so I can only speak for the drinking/chilling factor of the place. It was alright. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The bartender and waitresses were pleasant enough. I mean what can I say? If I were to stay here again I would more than likely go down for a drink or two. Would I seek the place out if I were in the area and not staying at the hotel? Probably not. It was good for what it was but nothing spectacular.

When placing our order she didnt write anything down and ended up forgetting part of our order. Food was mediocre at best. Menu is extremely limited.
