truly, a horrible experience from start to finish. We got our storage unit on a special for $25 a month. He allowed us to move in on the 31st of a month and that one day counted for a whole month of our special pricing. When we moved out, we gave him 17 days of notice the sign on the front of the building claims you only need to give 10. He then charged us for another month, even though we were there for a total of about 35 days. So in total, we paid for three months along with our deposit and we're there barely over a month. The person on the phone is very rude and difficult to get a hold of. The units are extremely dirty(dust gets right in LOTS OF IT)not well kept.My wife handled most of the business portion of this. I believe the owner thinks it's OK to take advantage of women. Thinking they do not know any better. truly, a horrible establishment. read more

Can not contact anyone EVER! Not a secure location. The grounds are dirty and overgrown with weeds! My unit was broken into once and another attempt made within a year, at which time they damaged the sliding locking mechanism so I couldn't even get into my unit! The security gate is NEVER closed and always broken. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, goes to a voicemail that is not accepting calls! This place must be avoided AT ALL COST!!! read more

Everything with this business is broke. The gate is broke, always open. The cameras are broke, hanging from the mounts. The hasp and doors are broke from the thieves breaking into the units. Customer service is broke, you cannot get ahold of anyone when you have issues. read more

Price is the best we found for the space. The location is very accessible. Being able to lease it online, signing paperwork, & paying was very convenient. When we first moved our stuff in the gate was broken, but we were told it would be fixed that next Monday. At least a month later it was still not fixed and our unit was broke into. When letting the owner or manager know he stated they were putting up cameras the next day and the fence would be fixed. About a week later after our unit was broke into and several items were taken, the cameras were put up and the gate was finally fixed. We have had no other problems. Anytime I have contacted the management, he answers right away or gets right back to us. read more

Had to move quickly and needed a storage unit fast and didn't have a lot of money. I called Longhorn they had the best prices in town. I was able to access my unit that next day and it was all done over the phone. Quick friendly service. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. read more
