I asked for them to come give a bid as soon as possible, and they were able to squeeze me in the…read morenext day, then called later and said they could come the same day instead. The bid was very thorough, and they were able to break the quote down for me by the service, so I could opt to remove something if I wanted. 20 minutes after they were expected to arrive today, they hadn't shown up and I hadn't received a call. I called and left a message and heard back within 10 minutes--the owner was apologetic and explained that there had been an emergency they needed to handle and the team was headed my way shortly. An hour after the appointment the technicians (Billy and Evan) finally arrived, and they got right to work. They were extremely courteous, thorough and professional in general. The final bill was very close to the bid I was given, and they also told me they would try to correct 2 spots that weren't coming up completely if they started to appear within 2 weeks of today's work. I would strongly recommend calling Amarillo Steam Team first, because they don't mess you around on services not needed and they treat you with respect and obviously appreciate their customers. I will always do business with them if at all possible!
