So I was just down there, and the door was open, and since I've seen him open past six before, I walked into THE STORE THAT WAS OPEN. No one was behind the counter, so I kept my distance from shit because I already know this guy is the opposite of cheeky, with all the rude parts still attached. Definitely a kunt, but bearable. No longer. So when I hear someone approaching from the back I turn that way from the grinder I was going to buy and I was maybe gonna get some CBD dabs, but as soon as he saw me he said, "Get the fuck out of my store, the door was locked, blah blah blah (extremely rude shit), but if that was the case, then HOW THE F*CK did I get in? I spent a little over a $100 on products including an $11 "toker poker", name brand, or so I thought because that Is what was advertised on the door as well as the display. When I got it home, the lighter wouldn't fit in, it just fell out. There was duct tape holding it in. So the next day I try to exchange it. I bring my current toker poker in to show and the guy gives me attitude. He tells me it's because "it's a knock off" and I "just need to add tape to the lighter and it won't fall out". I told him I just wanted to exchange it for a real one, he gave attitude and I told him that he had an attitude. He then took the lighter display away from me, told me to get out of his store and walked away from me. No professionalism at all. Pretty damn cocky and self centered if you ask me. I have no idea what the Saranac store is like, although the one locally owned here in Plattsburgh is great by all means never any problems, and if you do have a problem or questions you can't answer yourself, they will gladly, give you all the knowledge they can about they products they are selling, if any of you have trouble understanding glass like 14mm, 18mm, male, female, I'd go see them they sell high quality mostly blown glass at great prices! I always leave happy and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of glass like I said most of them being blown, y'all make some nice unique peice's, thank you for all the good hard work you and your family is putting into this shop! the saranac lake store is run by a super dick..his partner is ok but generally the store sucks. last straw i attempted to order a volcano valve set. 150$ or so. girl said she would order and call me. two weeks later i call them. dude tries to sell me solid valve set which they had in store two weeks ago. i hate the solid valve hence wanting the easy valve ordered. when i explain this calmly, dude shushes me tells me to relax...click. fuck him he preys on the tri lakes area because we dont have many options for smoke shops. i try to support local business, he just lost to amazon on this sale due to douche-baggery- dump em out! read more

This is the type of shop that you get excited about. I come to Plattsburgh maybe once a year on business. I usually stop at a few other nearby shops get what I need and bounce. State of Mind made me feel like I belonged there. Not just as a customer but like I could just kick it any time. The shop had a ridiculous inventory.
