They were able to get what we needed for the fence at our old house with no trouble the next day. My wife and I could not be happier and will use them again if we ever change anything. If you are on the fence (pun intended) on which company to use I recommend Integrous. Update: (April,2020) We used Integrous to extend our fence. We could not be happier. Once again they were great! With everything going on they got back to us immediately with questions even though their office is closed. Our fence looks great. Happy with the price. Service here is excellent and I had the same two gentlemen who did our first install out here for a second. They were terrific. I called to ask for a estimate on how much it will cost to put the panel back in and the quoted $750, citing gas ( they are less than 5 inured from my house) they have to pay workers for a days worth of work ( it's literally an hour job). That's ridiculous!!! Don't call for repairs that's for sure. After spending 10k on the fence, it's $750 for one panel put in? Not even replaced.

I had a quote worked up based on the footage of my old fence and then had Mark Wilson, owner of the company come out to make sure everything would work out. We had to wait a bit since he was so busy but that was fine with us, there was no hurry. I am so glad we chose this company for our fence. They arrived early in the morning and Mark worked right along with his big crew to get the job done. He stayed late to make sure the extra fence around our pool equipment looked just so. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work. When the guys were done we went out to take a look and were so impressed by the solidness of the fencing and how great it looked. Just a simple split rail fence, but the best we've seen. Since then we have noticed other split-rail fences in our area and they don't look nearly as solid and well designed. Mark made sure to pick only good looking rails that were solid and actually pretty as far as split rails go. We actually marveled at how solid the gates were. I would highly recommend getting this fence company if you are looking for a professional job by someone who knows what they are doing. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I think more people should be aware of this company when looking to install fencing. We could not be happier and are actually excited when we see our new fence out back!

Fence and deck connection are the contractors who built the deck. So I called them to see if they could come make the repair. I sent them a picture and they responded quickly! I was given some information & guidance about reaching out to my HOA, which I had not thought of so that was helpful. They gave me options for the repair and all I had to do was choose the time frame. The overall the experience was convenient as they sent me an invoice. I was able to pay a portion of the bill until after they completed the replacement. They arrived promptly, actually early, on the agreed upon date and the beam was exchanged within 2 hours. However after my review, and although it was never said, I arrived home one day to find Amos waiting for me to make things right. I'd like to think that my review had nothing to do with it but it was clear after the work was done, and a comment was made about Yelp, that it had everything to do with my review. Either way, it all worked out in the end. He did the job and I'm happy with the results. While a tad alarmed to come home and find someone unannounced they did send the right gentleman to make things right. I was very upset with this company and for his cold call initially but did end up giving him the job. Why? Because he said all the right things, admitted fault with miscommunication within their company, and made it clear that he would do whatever to make things right. Which included a discount (although I didn't have a prior estimate for comparison so I'm taking his word for it), bumping me up on the schedule, and spending the time with me to gain my trust. Amos is truly an asset to this company, very professional and knowledgeable, not only with the type of work his company does, but also happy to recommend other reputable contractors. Now that the work is done I'm happy I trusted him and am glad he came and made things right. I've had strangers walk by and comment about how nice my railing looks and how identical it is to the original, which was wood and about 95 + years old. The profile, and every last little detail, including the round rosette type molding to the pillars were replicated in vinyl. The color is perfect too. I wasn't home when he came, and actually was surprised by the install date but they left my highly decorated porch (which wasn't prepped in the least for the install) as I left it, clean and without damage. I would use them again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and have to our neighbors who might do the same thing), only I'd deal with Amos directly.
