That's ridiculous!!! Don't call for repairs that's for sure. After spending 10k on the fence, it's $750 for one panel put in? Not even replaced.

I had a quote worked up based on the footage of my old fence and then had Mark Wilson, owner of the company come out to make sure everything would work out. We had to wait a bit since he was so busy but that was fine with us, there was no hurry. I am so glad we chose this company for our fence. They arrived early in the morning and Mark worked right along with his big crew to get the job done. He stayed late to make sure the extra fence around our pool equipment looked just so. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work. When the guys were done we went out to take a look and were so impressed by the solidness of the fencing and how great it looked. Just a simple split rail fence, but the best we've seen. Since then we have noticed other split-rail fences in our area and they don't look nearly as solid and well designed. Mark made sure to pick only good looking rails that were solid and actually pretty as far as split rails go. We actually marveled at how solid the gates were. I would highly recommend getting this fence company if you are looking for a professional job by someone who knows what they are doing. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I think more people should be aware of this company when looking to install fencing. We could not be happier and are actually excited when we see our new fence out back!

If you're looking for a company that is professional, honest, organized, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Fence & Deck Connection. However after my review, and although it was never said, I arrived home one day to find Amos waiting for me to make things right. I'd like to think that my review had nothing to do with it but it was clear after the work was done, and a comment was made about Yelp, that it had everything to do with my review. Either way, it all worked out in the end. He did the job and I'm happy with the results. While a tad alarmed to come home and find someone unannounced they did send the right gentleman to make things right. I was very upset with this company and for his cold call initially but did end up giving him the job. Why? Because he said all the right things, admitted fault with miscommunication within their company, and made it clear that he would do whatever to make things right. Which included a discount (although I didn't have a prior estimate for comparison so I'm taking his word for it), bumping me up on the schedule, and spending the time with me to gain my trust. Amos is truly an asset to this company, very professional and knowledgeable, not only with the type of work his company does, but also happy to recommend other reputable contractors. Now that the work is done I'm happy I trusted him and am glad he came and made things right. I've had strangers walk by and comment about how nice my railing looks and how identical it is to the original, which was wood and about 95 + years old. The profile, and every last little detail, including the round rosette type molding to the pillars were replicated in vinyl. The color is perfect too. I wasn't home when he came, and actually was surprised by the install date but they left my highly decorated porch (which wasn't prepped in the least for the install) as I left it, clean and without damage. I would use them again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and have to our neighbors who might do the same thing), only I'd deal with Amos directly.

The communication throughout the entire process was top-tier. He made sure we were involved in every detail and never made aesthetic decisions on our behalf--William consulted us on everything, right down to the choice of hardware and the gorgeous handmade gate design. In addition to the fence, he also custom-built our driveway sign post, which turned out beautifully. This review actually took months to formulate because I wanted to include before and after photos. I waited until we could capture the complete journey from when he first built it to when we finally stained it, as raw wood takes that long to mature before you can paint or treat it.The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the customer service was even better. The "oh well you signed the contract " statements were not warranted . I trusted a reputable company to guide a new customer. On the date of install the forman stated he saw the irrigation system and that it wasn't mapped out. He started the job and notified me AFTER they punctured the system in ELEVEN places. I was rudely told the responsibility is my because I signed the contract. Would it have hurt to have mentioned IRRIGATION prior to starting the project? The contract mentioned UTILITIES. I didn't think of irrigation as such. Please have your irrigation system mapped out to avoid paying for a fence AND new irrigation!
