Went all the way across town to pick up the important pictures before family leaves town tonight and they weren't there. To add to my frustration, she looked it up and it shows I ordered an 8x10... which wasn't even close. What a mess. I've had family members telling me how bad the app is lately but now I understand. I won't use them anymore as the app is not reliable. It was a frustrating waste of my time.
