I started communicating with the salon in late April early May for my September wedding. When I…read morefirst started the conversation, I specifically laid out what I needed. I said I needed in home services the morning of my wedding for myself and 5 other ladies. Communication was sparse, but I finally got an answer at the beginning of June saying they could do it. I booked a trial for mid July (which cost me $132) and it went great. Three weeks prior to my wedding the owner called and left a voicemail. I immediately called her back within 5 minutes and I did not get an answer. The following afternoon, she finally returned my call and said that her salon would not be able to perform the services on the day of my wedding. She claimed that she tried calling me in June to say that her studio would not be able to do an in home visit. She made no such call as I did not have a missed call from this number. I also had an employee of the salon call 4 weeks before the wedding to get pictures of the hairdos that the ladies wanted. The studio owner claimed that she would assist in finding someone to do hair and makeup for my wedding and would refund my money from the trial. We are almost a month past my wedding and I have not heard from her or received a refund since she called and canceled everything on August 18th. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Studio 7 to my worst enemy let alone anyone a friend or family member.

Stacie offers a bunch of pop ups throughout the Saint Louis and surrounding areas and I was lucky enough to find her in Eureka at a cute little boutique. I was able to schedule an appointment through her online appointment system which was super easy and when I arrived, she was ready for me. Stacie has so many difference color tinsel to add, but since it was November when I added mine, I wanted to go with rose gold and copper just because those would look good for the holiday season and with my hair color. She attached the tinsel to the root and assured me that they would last for a few months and she was right! Some have probably fallen out by now, but ultimately, I still get so many compliments when people notice the tinsel in my hair. I can style my hair with my usual products and I can use my blowdryer and straightener as needed and they do not impact the shine of the tinsel at all. These tinsel are attached so well and clearly are made to stay in for a while. I can't wait to schedule another time to get more in for Mardi Gras which is coming up soon. I love how she has so many colors to offer so you can easily find a color (or colors) that work for you! Stacie mostly offers her services at a pop up event, but sometimes she does schedule at her home, so you can reach out to her to see what would work best for your schedule.
