He would encourage you to ask questions and he would answer the question and explain it ease enough that you could understand the material at hand. I also needed something that I could manage while I have both kids in school and a toddler at home. From my initial communications with HTH, I could tell this was different. Betty Jo Sergey and Rebecca Northrop were so patient with me. I've had so many questions before pushing the button on taking their MA class, I wanted to be certain that this was the right program for me. They answered all of my questions in detail, and anytime I spoke on the phone with them, they were very professional and kind.I took my BLS class with them last week and it was great. Low student to teacher ratio and class started on time. The instructor was very thourough and gave examples anytime we needed further explanation. She inserted her personal and professional advice and opinions for us to better understand the material and potential situations we may encounter in our field.
