The location was not hard to find once you found the building number and suite letter and it's right there when you walk in. The instructor did an amazing job introducing and refreshing effective methods of CPR and alternative methods with different scenarios and with us working together as a group and learning from one another being a team player to a real life situation. And she did a good job of going in to detail and demonstrate very well. And the class is 4 hours long but it goes by fast and you definitely learn and do a lot of hands on each set up the way which I love so you can watch and lean and be able retain what your viewing and retain the information as you go along. And she guided you through it all and also like how she gave us scenarios to give us ideas how we handle certain situations and environments while giving aid. I will definitely come back to get my certification done here again and will recommend others who want to get certified.

She not only did everything she was supposed to do, as a doctor, but she also went above and beyond and cared for me as if she were my family. From the moment she walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and the sweetest and most caring attitude that is possible. She spent an enormous amount of time with me, as opposed to most doctors I've seen in the past who only spent a few minutes examining me before quickly sending me on my way. Not only did she spend a great deal of time with me explaining my injury in a way that was easy to comprehend, but she was also genuinely concerned with my injury and took several necessary steps to get me back in good health. This was the case for my follow up appointments as well, which she also spent a great deal of time with me going over the necessary steps needed to help me get well and back on my feet. Her commitment to me, her caring nature, and her genuine concern for my health and well-being, were above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a doctor before. She is the epitome of what it means for doctors and healthcare professionals to uphold the Hippocratic Oath. I wish that all doctors were like Dr. Dorr, because this world would be a much better place. I must also recognize Pam, one of the assistants, who was also incredibly nice and friendly and gave me excellent care, as well as the rest of the staff I encountered from the front desk check-in to the ladies at the check-out area for follow-up appointments. They were ALL very polite, professional, and courteous, and I give them 10 out of 10!!
