Attended First Aid CPR AED class. I learned a great amount and feel confident using any skills/tools in the future. The facility was clean, welcoming and provided drink options. Received a class reminder via text day before which was appreciated. I found my instructor to be entertaining which made the class enjoyable. Equipment seemed up to date. Price was reasonable. I heard about CPR through a friend who got BLS certified by him in Temecula. As a Nursing Student, time and money is limited so I looked all over the internet and checked with our schools resources. After contacting Marc last year for our BLS certification he was prompt with emails/calls/texts and accommodated us for time, location and price. Over the weekend, a total of 24 of the graduating students obtained our BLS/ACLS/PALS certification! Even though the location was 30-45 minutes for us, the class was worth every penny. The class was not only educational but fun. Marc is very knowledgeable and has a lot of information from his experience as a fire fighter / paramedic to share! Marc's office location in Temecula easy accommodated ~ 22 - 24 people and had separate rooms for simulation and practice. I was extremely impressed with this business! I was interested in taking the ECG class but there weren't any dates that fit in with my all over the place night shift nurse schedule. I emailed the owner Marc who got back to me very fast and he worked with me on scheduling a class so it worked with my schedule. Needless to say, great customer service. The class setting was very non-intimidating and I felt confident and comfortable with what I learned.
