The lesson were from 9-3 , Lisa kept the class entertained, engaging . not once did I lost interest. She had us practiced on the dummy after each video. She stood closely observing each students to make sure we were doing the correct maneuver on our personal dummy. She did not hesitate or shy about showing us the right way to do the compression. She took her time to explained the videos with more depth , answered questions thoroughly in laymen terms where we all can better understand. I explained that I'm running late from work as I'm a nurse and had an incident with a patient and left a little later from work than anticipated but as the email shows at 10am the start time of the class, I informed Laura I would be there for class in 10 minutes and her response was I may not join the class and she has another class Tuesday which I explained I work that day and can not attend and to refund my money to go else where because I need to get my cert renewed. I called twice in the days after I registered and Edward was available to answer my questions each time. He even provides the completion certificate within 24 hours of completion, sometimes even same-day. The in-person training was very useful and made me feel good to get the hands-on component to feel more confident.
