Unlock this business page" doesn't show). These people occasionally handle my Amazon.com orders. This business is the sole thing that is killing Amazon for me right now. People want their packages on time. Most people these days don't care when you leave a package at the front door, especially when the value of the package really is no more than a few bucks. I first dealt with Prestige back in August 2010 when ordering something from Amazon. Using Amazon.com's tracking system, I got more updates on the status of my package than Prestige's own website did. But even those updates were not accurate. Like the many other complaints listed prominently on Amazon.com's forums (http://www.amazon.com/gp/forum/cd/discussion.html?ie=UTF8&cdForum=Fx20DX5GEB7TUX8&cdThread=Tx3GI4CTRZEIPUN), Prestige does NOT know how to deliver things, especially to apartments. My august 2010 order took over a week after their scheduled delivery date to arrive. once again, i'm cursed with their horrid delivery service now. I called prestige this morning, one day after my package was supposed to arrive, to ask them whether the package is out for delivery. they said yes. i asked whether it would be ok for me to leave a note for them to leave the package outside, and they said yes. (i had known to do this after my august incident, which unfortunately, didn't change anything as i still had to be in person, and run after the man while he headed to the car no more than 15 seconds after ringing the doorbell). i came back from school tonight around 830PM (30 minutes after their latest delivery time), and with no surprise, my note was still there, damp now from the rain/snow, and no package. what are you guys doing there? anyone? i called CS and they close at 7PM. it's great how they clear everyone out of the office 1 hour before all the complaint calls come flooding in. coincidence, i think not. i called amazon, who told me that they have it on their system that the package was supposed to arrive today, but it hadn't. they told me to call back after 4PM PST in order to file a lost package claim. amazon, please stop using prestige. UPS, my love for you grows stronger by the package.

On their website they say that your package will be delivered "next day" and it is NOT. Clearly, this company is lying to these corporations and making deals they are not following up on. The first time we used them for an office chair that we ordered from Staples. The chair was on route to be delivered and then on the tracking it says "ORDER WAS REFUSED BY CUSTOMER DUE TO DAMAGE". We never received the package!! No one refused it!! Clearly, the driver either was too lazy to deliver or he straight up stole the package and marked it as damaged. We finally called Staples who had them instead deliver to the store and NOT our property and we received the package that way. Next time, ordered ink from Office Depot. Was supposed to be next day. Look at the tracking and "oh great, it's Prestige." Says it is on route to be delivered. Day goes by....nothing. Doesn't get delivered. Next day goes by....still says on truck to be delivered...nothing. So now it is has been FOUR DAYS and it is STILL NOT HERE!!! I've told BOTH of these companies HOW F***** AWFUL THIS S*** COMPANY IS and that they need to STOP USING THEM IMMEDIATELY! We coordinated the moving date and he was in communication about arrival times and such. Overall, he was helpful and even took a look at a minor repair for us.
