Moldy and bugs in product. I am a tea drinker and the way they go about things is not up to par.

All their organic herbs drain me of energy, and go bad with me. This tells me that all of their herbs are contaminated.

A few weeks later there is a follow up appointment (included with the consultation) to see how the changes are going. As if she knew, Shea had me come for a bodywork session. I have to say, this is more than an average massage. I am a piece of work: Fused vertebrae, tight muscles, gait is off due to a foot injury that had me in a walking boot off and on for 3 years. After the first session I knew I had finally found someone who looked at the "whole picture", not just the one (or more) parts of me that are broken. I have been going on a regular basis ever since, Shea has become an integral part of my healing. If needed, and wanted, Shea also makes customized tinctures for your specific needs, they are usually ready for pickup within a day or two. The office is clean & friendly. You will loose herbs, tincture remedies, teas. A gem in our neighborhood!

Go get a great sandwich and Italian sides right now! So good!…read more First time and I loved it. The place is old school but super delicious! Simple place. We all loved what we ordered. Fresh and fast. I want to try all those deserts. Sandwiches made with great crusty sub bread! I had the best dill potato salad. They had lots of food you could take to go and many customers pre ordered food. Lots of food for you to cook yourself at home. I just wish they had pasta dishes there to eat. Pasta dishes were fresh pasta and fresh marinara but they did not cook it there. Was in a deli case for you to cook at home. Wide variety of desserts and sides. I'll try the canolli next time. Good flavor, good aioli.

I called in my order for to go for my work lunch. It's about 15 a minute drive for pick up. It's not too bad, but I usually pick something closer by my work. The place was pretty busy when I got there. I waited in line to pay for my order since I called it in already. I waited 10-15 mins more for my sandwich order. I thought my order would be ready by the time I arrived. It has been at least 1/2 hr. since I placed my order. The staff are nice and friendly. I ordered seasonal turkey sandwich, since they were out of the prime rib sandwich. The turkey sandwich was really good. The sandwich was neatly wrapped in parchment paper. Everything was fresh. The sandwich was made well. It was neatly stacked, and everything was held in place. The bread was nicely toasted. Nothing was out of place. I really appreciate how much care they put into my sandwich. With some of the other sandwich shops, the ingredients are not slopped on, and everything looks sloppy when you get your order. My sandwich tasted really good. Everything in the sandwich went well together. All of the flavors meshed well together. My co-worker really enjoyed her sandwich also. She ordered the Reuben. I would come again. I really enjoyed my sandwich.

The woman at the front who took my order was very nice. I've dined in before and the tables are fully set up with all the necessary condiments, but today I just needed to get home and hope the food could do its thing. I ordered the pho gai, which is lighter and cleaner than the typical Vietnamese beef pho. The broth has a slightly fermented, deeply umami flavor, probably from fish sauce, along with lemongrass, chicken broth, chicken breast, and ginger. Perfect when you're stuck with a cold. It was packaged really well with chili oil, jalapeños, celery, lime, and the noodles on the side. There isn't a ton of chicken if you're looking for high protein, but I didn't care. It was so good and soothing. Nothing like sweating over a bowl of herbal soup while sick. I also ordered the Lao sausage, which has a great blend of aromatics, especially lemongrass. It comes with a sauce I'm not totally familiar with, but it's bright and limey, likely fish-sauce based, with something like charred pepper or tomato that almost reminds me of a Mexican salsa. So good. This place is awesome. I've only ever gotten soups here, but I definitely need to branch out and try more of the menu. Prices are very fair too. The soup alone was just under 1.5 liters so great bang for your buck.
